Passionate about science, beauty, and health, I devour scientific articles to find tips and tricks to help me "stay young" for as long as possible.

I love understanding the scientific mechanisms behind the positive or negative effects of various molecules on our bodies, skin, beauty, health, and well-being. I want to understand why, despite all the media hype surrounding a new product or active ingredient, I sometimes don't see any tangible effects, or why I sometimes see remarkable effects that no one talks about.

I also enjoy finding solutions to my health and beauty problems by doing my own research, because consultations with specialists are sometimes less effective than reading quality articles and applying basic rules!

The goal of this blog is to share the results of my research and to receive your feedback through polls and comments. Indeed, my experiences may not be valid for you, and exchanging ideas is a good way to identify which methods work, or don't!

I'm 40 years old, married, and have a 5-year-old child. I have a master's degree in marketing and have worked in this field for 17 years. Through my work, I've learned to be wary of claims made by cosmetics manufacturers and other miracle product companies, focusing only on arguments supported by science, which, in my opinion, is the only reliable source!
